Christiane Trilck
Christiane Trilck and her team provide extraordinary
mouth-watering treats for guests – including a bespoke ‘Grove’
chocolate. Guided by the experts at the renowned Cacao Barry Or
Noir lab in Paris Christiane carefully blended a variety of
original dark and milk chocolate bases, until she fine-tuned the
mix to perfection.
Her team creates all pastries, croissants, bread, fruit jellies,
honey, cakes and chocolates at The Grove – with the exception of
Colette’s. Christiane developed her passion for pastry while
working for 7 years for Hyatt in Germany, her home country.
She has won the Gold Prize at The Squire Chocolate
Exhibition.
