Colette's is our superlative fine dining restaurant. Recently awarded 3 AA Rosettes, it's the consummate choice for romance, celebrations and all nature of rendez-vous. Overseen by new UK cuisine talent Russell Bateman, it feels a world apart... savour delicate canapes and aperitifs in the smart lounge, hotel bar or summer terrace.

Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere and feel satiated by the modern cosmopolitan cuisine. Exact technique, flair and imagination come through in every single dish; balance and depth of flavour are all-important.

Colette’s Wine List is of the highest quality; the majority come from family-run vineyards. Recognised by the AA, it was also a finalist in the prestigious Notable Wine List Award. And we love fine wines so much that that every two months we hold some truly special Wine Dinners.

Enjoy the beautifully restored 18th Century splendour of Colette’s with every piece of furniture, art and source of light individually chosen or commissioned. The peaceful views over verdant Charlotte’s Vale complete the extraordinary experience.

Although Colette’s is our most formal fine dining restaurant, the dress code is distinctly informal… there’s not a tiara in sight.

Open on Sundays on Bank Holiday Weekends

Colette's will be open for lunch on Mothering Sunday, 14 March serving a special 3-course menu.
