Q: Do you have Wi-Fi?
A: Wi-Fi is available throughout the meeting rooms with a £15.00 connection charge; you have the opportunity to roam seamlessly from your main room to break-out areas and stay connected.

Q: Do you have car parking?
A: Yes there are over 400 complimentary car parking spaces available.

Q: Do the meeting rooms have natural daylight?
A: Absolutely - and many rooms have stunning views too over the formal gardens with terrace doors which you can open. So there’s fresh air as well as plenty of natural light.

Q: How many bedrooms does the hotel have?
A: 227 in total. 16 of these are suites located in the historic Mansion House, which has 26 rooms altogether. There are 201 rooms in the contemporary West Wing.

Q: Do you have marquee sites?
A: Yes - three, in the Walled Garden, Formal Gardens and on the football pitch (depending on the season). They vary in capacity from 500 to 1000 people.

Q: Can we use our own caterer? 
A: We have our own chefs and can cater for all needs. However if you want to choose a specialist dedicated Kosher or Asian caterer, we have appointed nominated suppliers. Kosher: Tony Page Ltd.; Michael Rose Banqueting and Carole So bell Ltd. Asian: Madhus, Saffron House and Raggamama. No other caters will be considered.

Q: What are your commission terms?
A: Commission is payable only to registered agents on pre-booked events. The commission is 8% on bedrooms, room hire, food and beverage and golf only.

Q: How long can we hold the space on option?
A: The maximum an enquiry can be held in the events diary is 2 weeks.

Q: What is the largest conference you can host?
A: Up to 450 delegates, theatre style front projection.

Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: The Grove is a non-smoking hotel with designated smoking areas

Q: Can the hotel be rented as exclusive use?
A: Yes, subject to special arrangements.
